With our Team Plan, your customer success manager will provide the support needed to achieve your goals with Foleon. They’ll guide you through the platform and onboarding, help set up integrations, and serve as an educational resource on best practices.

To contact support, you can utilize the live chat widget in the platform or email support@foleon.com. Our Service Level Agreement describes the levels of Product availability and Support that our customers can expect to receive from Foleon.
